All restrooms are now ADA Compliant.

All restrooms must remain fully accessible at all times. The placement of additional furniture or fixtures—including, but not limited to, tables, shelving, cabinets, or storage units—is strictly prohibited, as such items reduce the clear floor space required for accessibility and may impede safe use of the restroom.

For convenience, hooks are provided on the back of each restroom stall door for personal items. Tenants are expected to utilize these hooks rather than introducing additional furnishings or obstructions.

Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the removal of non-compliant items at the tenant’s expense.

There are also single-user unisex restrooms located in each tower in the fifth (5th) floor. Each unisex restroom on the fifth floor is located across from the common area restrooms. Separate keys have been distributed to every tenant. Physically disabled persons may request a key from management at no cost.
